With a full service consulting contract, clients receive in-market visits from a Field Consultant, University hours, Telecoaching hours, bi-weekly management conference calls and the weekly lead publication, Sellers Source. Consulting packages are customized to fit your needs.

In-Market Days

A Field Consultant will visit your market, in 2-day visits, to work with your sales team to implement the Knowledge-Based Selling methodology. Following the visits our Field Consultants provide a detailed recap of each visit with next steps for securing programs.

  • Interactive Training Sessions - Skill set and/or category training. Clients select topic from our training modules
  • One on One’s with Account Executives – Dialing for Dollars and getting the Needs Analysis appointment
  • Participation on pre-qualified sales calls

Example of an in-market day:

  • Category Training - Every participating seller will receive sales binders with voice mail scripts, success stories, idea starters, research and dialing for dollar questions for that specific category
  • Landscaping/Dialing for Dollars Interactive Group Demonstration & Application
  • One-On-One Sessions with AE’s for Skill Development in Landscaping and Dialing for Dollars specific to the Category
  • Recap/Planning session with Management Team


Bi-Weekly Management Conference Calls

– one hour session, every other week

Tele-Coaching
– one on one phone consultation with individual sellers, as needed
