Susan Novicki, President
Susan Novicki, as president of Morrison and Abraham, shares her expertise and enthusiasm with all the company’s clients via her regular support of the other field consultants. By helping to make sure that the best practices of one become the best practices of all, she brings the full power of the company’s collective skills, talent and experience to bear on each and every new business effort through improved leads, training and market management. Her goal is to help each person with whom she works to stay on the cutting edge of the rapidly shifting business world, in tune with the future and thus well ahead of the competition. A field consultant since 1996, Sue has achieved remarkable success, working with her clients both to build their business and to ensure that they are well positioned for future growth. She enjoys showing sellers how easy it is to develop new business revenue and is expert at motivating and empowering clients to do the homework that helps them reach decision makers, get on the phone and close a sale. In addition, she knows how critical it is to work with upper management to control output, pace activity and face the truth of the sale in order to overachieve objectives.
